In my thesis for my minor in information design, I developed a new way of visualizing the customer lifecycle for Software as a Service startups. The user-centered design process included interviews with growth hackers, the primary target group, that was held to create a persona and a scenario. The results were implemented in the interface design and an interactive prototype.

The Growth Model helps growth hackers to make data-driven decisions by indicating problematic metrics and encouraging experiments to change them.
