Post-its on a whiteboard
We started with user interviews and card sorting exercises. The results were collected and organized with post-its.
sketches of screens
With these insights we created the first sketches.
Questions organised in a tree diagram
To match the user needs and business requirements we collected all the relevant questions and dependencies in a tree diagram.
mockup of one screen
Because the corporate design already existed, we skipped the wireframes and went straight into high-fidelity mockups.
screens linked with arrows
The mockups were used to build a complex prototype that could be tested with real users.

Adam Riese is a digital insurance company that offers insurances for individual and businesses.

I joined the design team as an experience designer to develop the sign-up flow for the liability insurance for businesses. We started with user research and sketches and developed a high-fidelity prototype that was tested with real users over the phone.
